We understand that shopping online can sometimes be challenging — an item may not fit as expected or feel quite right. That’s why we offer a 14-day return period during which you can return your item for a refund or store credit.

Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, please send your item back within 14 days of receiving your order.

If your return is received after this period, we can only offer store credit for the purchase amount.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Conditions

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and include all original tags and packaging.
Please note that room sprays cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened.

If items do not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to refuse your return.

We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If your order was paid with a store credit, your refund will be issued as a new store credit.
