We understand that buying clothing online can be challenging, and sometimes items may not fit perfectly or meet your expectations. That's why we offer our customers a 14-day return period during which you can return items and request a refund or store credit.

 

Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges:

To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must send the product back within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that we have a 14-day return policy, which means you need to initiate your return within 14 days of receiving your item. If we receive your return outside of this policy, you will be issued a store credit for the purchase amount. Return shipping is at your own exspense.

 

Important Note:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have their original labels and packaging. Skincare, haircare body and room sprays can not be returned because we can not guarantee the hygiene if these products have been opened already. If items do not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to refuse your return.

We recommend insuring your return and providing tracking information, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

If your return is accepted, the amount of the items will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. If the items do not meet the requirements we reserve the right to refuse your return and not accept the items.

If you placed an order with a store credit and return your package, you will receive a new store credit afterwards.
